Continental Pepper Ham
Continental Pepper Ham or ‘Pfeffer-Schinken’ is produced from a boneless, skinless and dry-cured pork leg centre cut that is matured for several weeks by being air-dried. The ham is coated with a high quality kibbled black and white pepper which generates a very distinctive rustic, spicy flavour. This is a typical German style cured ham which has become a popular addition to most European cuisines. Best to slice when chilled.
